Summer Fun

This summer is starting out to be a great one (which is very comforting since the last 9 months have been such an adjustment)! The morning of May 23rd we found out that our offer on a house had been "accepted" and we are scheduled to close at the end of this month. It's been fun to shop for the house and to think about how we are going to decorate it (although we are leaving the major decisions up to the experts). We are looking forward to moving into OUR house. It has been a little difficult to live in a rent house with three little kids (knowing we would only be here for a year or less). Especially since I am still nesting and really needing to decorate their rooms. And the best part of the new house is the back yard and the hole filled with water! I cannot wait to spend my days by/in the pool! And we hope we have lots of company - you are all invited!!

On the 25th, we went to a barbeque hosted by some friends. It was a fun Memorial Day and the kids had a blast playing in the sprinklers. And that night N and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary by shopping for a new refrigerator and eating at Wings-n-More. Very romantic, I know, but the wings were delicious!

As we wait for the big move, we are spending our time at the neighborhood pool and park by our rent house, riding bikes and taking walks. The kids are loving it and they are getting so comfortable in the water. And I am really enjoying spending quality time with them! Bubba has been such a trooper - I guess the world doesn't stop for the third child like it did for the 1st and 2nd. Here are some pics of our recent fun:
